What's the minimum rental period?

One day. You can rent for a single event, a week of training, a month of trading, or longer. Most café partners settle into monthly or long-term once they know which machine fits their bar.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is standard before any machine leaves our workshop. The amount depends on the machine value and rental term. We confirm it on WhatsApp before delivery.

What happens if a machine breaks?

Message us. For minor issues we troubleshoot remotely or send a technician. For anything that can't be fixed onsite quickly, we replace the machine so your service doesn't stop. Maintenance and replacement are included in your rental.

Can I switch machines mid-rental?

Yes. If your volume changes, your space changes, or you want to try a different brand, we swap the machine. No penalty, no paperwork. This is one of the main reasons cafés choose rental over purchase.

Where do you deliver?

All seven emirates. We deliver and install across the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. Delivery is scheduled with you in advance.

What brands do you carry?

Espresso machines: La Marzocco, Lelit, Nuova Simonelli, Sanremo, Victoria Arduino, XLVI. Grinders: Anfim, Eureka, Mahlkönig. Subject to availability.

Can you supply machines for events?

Do you train our team on the machine?

Yes. Every rental includes onsite operating guidance. Our team will show you or your staff how to pull espresso shots, steam milk, and perform basic maintenance.
